Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, AuraSpend version and a short description of what happened.

iCloud backup

AuraSpend can back up your budget to iCloud when you enable it in Settings > Household & Sync. Changes are saved locally first, then synced to iCloud when available.

Restore

To check restore, install AuraSpend with the same Apple ID and use Restore from iCloud in Settings. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled on the device.

Family sharing

The household owner can invite a family member through Apple’s iCloud sharing sheet. The invited person needs AuraSpend installed and iCloud enabled.

Privacy

AuraSpend does not ask for bank login details, card credentials or a budgeting account. Read the full privacy policy for more detail.

Common checks

Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled on the iPhone.
Confirm the same Apple ID is signed in after reinstalling.
Open AuraSpend after reinstalling before testing restore.
Use the latest TestFlight or App Store build.
